Meeting Rooms

There are five main spaces available within the house for meetings.  The magic of Felin Newydd however, is that you can use it as you see fit.

The house is very well looked after – warm, comfortable and has a very special atmosphere: organised, peaceful and welcoming, with an unmistakable element of grandeur.

The Kitchen

The hand built kitchen has a large central island, and a long kitchen table seating up to 12.

As well as being a great venue for a meeting, should cookery and preparation be part of your event, there is plenty of space for a cookery demonstration or a cook/bake off.

The Morning Room

For more informal discussions or group activities we would suggest using the morning room. It is furnished very comfortably and can seat up 15 guests in sofas and armchairs.

This room has a log fire, is south facing and has large windows looking out onto the main lawn and the pond.

The Drawing Room

The most beautiful and formal reception room of the manor, its large windows look out onto the front lawn to the south, the pond and the formal lawns to the east.

It has a baby grand piano and a lovely open fire, and can be used for up to 70 participants for conference style presentations.

“Huw and Elizabeth have certainly breathed new life into Felin Newydd, where you are guaranteed the most wonderful, relaxed and decadent house party.”

The Dining Room

This room can be used as a classical board room with the large dining room table seating up to 20 participants (a smaller table more suited for smaller groups is available if required).

This room is ideally suited for PowerPoint presentations too and can seat up to 40 participants conference style without a table.

This room is south facing with windows looking out onto the main lawn and it has a lovely open fire.

Other breakaway rooms for group activities include the study, the games room and, weather permitting, the gardens offer a wide range of secluded spots and seating areas.
